At DashX, we aim to provide fast and reliable delivery within Dar es Salaam.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Dar es Salaam only. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected delivery option.

Delivery Time

Free Express Delivery
Orders of TZS 100,000 or more qualify for Free Express Delivery.

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM → delivered the same day

• Orders placed after 3:00 PM → delivered the following day

Standard Delivery
Orders below TZS 100,000 are delivered within 2–3 days.

Order Updates

After your order is confirmed, our team will contact you with delivery updates. Live tracking may not always be available as we use our own delivery team and local partners.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is unavailable, the estimated delivery date will be shown during checkout before completing your order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched or is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
