This Limited Warranty applies only to eligible physical products purchased directly from DashX and is subject to the terms below.
1. Warranty Coverage
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing for a particular product, DashX does not provide any independent warranty beyond the warranty, if any, provided by the original manufacturer or supplier.
Where DashX expressly provides a warranty, the applicable warranty period will be stated on the invoice, receipt, product listing or warranty documentation.
A warranty applies only to verified defects in materials or workmanship arising during normal and intended use of the product.
2. Warranty Remedy
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.
Where DashX determines that a valid manufacturing defect exists, DashX may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law:
- repair the defective product or component;
- replace the defective component;
- replace the product with the same or an equivalent product; or
- provide another appropriate remedy.
Replacement of the entire product is not automatic merely because one component is defective.
Any replacement product or component does not restart or extend the original warranty period unless expressly confirmed by DashX in writing.
3. Exclusions
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, warranty coverage does not extend to damage, defects or failures resulting from:
- misuse, abuse, negligence or improper handling;
- accidental or intentional damage;

4. Manufacturer and Third-Party Products
DashX supplies products manufactured by various third parties.
Where a product is covered by a manufacturer's or supplier's warranty, that warranty and its applicable terms, exclusions, procedures and duration may apply.
DashX may assist customers with communicating or processing a claim with the relevant manufacturer or supplier but does not guarantee that a third-party warranty claim will be approved.
DashX shall not be responsible for promises, representations or warranty commitments made independently by a manufacturer, supplier, salesperson, installer or other third party unless expressly accepted by DashX in writing.
5. Warranty Claim Requirements
A customer making a warranty claim must provide:

- product model and serial number, where applicable;
- a clear description of the alleged defect;
- photographs and/or videos reasonably requested by DashX; and
- any other information reasonably required to assess the claim.
DashX reserves the right to inspect or arrange an inspection of the product before approving any warranty claim.
Submission of a warranty claim does not constitute acceptance or approval of the claim.
6. Transportation and Inspection
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for delivering the product to the location designated by DashX for inspection.
Where permitted by applicable law, transportation, removal, installation, reinstallation and related expenses are the customer's responsibility unless DashX expressly agrees otherwise.
DashX will not be responsible for damage occurring while a product is being transported by a carrier or transporter independently selected or instructed by the customer.
7. Rejected Claims
If inspection determines that the alleged defect is not covered by warranty, DashX may reject the warranty claim.
Where available, DashX may offer repair, replacement parts or other assistance at the customer's expense.
Inspection, diagnostic, transportation and repair charges may apply where permitted by law and will be communicated to the customer where applicable.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DashX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the failure, malfunction or inability to use a product, including loss of income, profits, business, contracts or other economic loss.
Where DashX is legally liable in connection with a product, DashX's liability will be limited to the remedies and amounts permitted under applicable law.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or limited under applicable Tanzanian law.
9. Non-Transferability
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing, any DashX warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
10. Geographic Coverage
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, DashX warranty services apply only to eligible products purchased from DashX and used within Tanzania.
11. Policy Changes
DashX may amend this Limited Warranty Policy from time to time.
Any amendment will apply prospectively and will not reduce warranty rights that have already arisen under an applicable warranty or rights that cannot legally be limited.
12. Governing Law
This Limited Warranty Policy shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
Nothing contained in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
